What is the return policy?
All items may be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value as long
as they are returned in original condition within 30 days
of purchase or receipt. Noelani Designs is not responsible
for shells/stones/parts that might break from overuse/mistreatment/natural
deterioration. It is Noelani's desire to satisfy every customer
with jewelry they are truly happy with. If you are not happy
with your design, please feel free to contact
Noelani online or by phone and she can customize a piece
of jewelry for you of equal value. Items are not returnable
without an exchange. 
What is the warranty?
Noelani can assure that you will receive a quality product as she has created each piece of jewelry individually.
Each product comes with a lifetime guarantee provided that no parts are damaged/broken. If your piece of jewelry
needs repair for any reason, Noelani will gladly do so at no additional cost to you, provided that you send all of
the original beads and materials. Please contact

What shipping methods do you use?
USPS First Class: $2.50
USPS Priority Mail (usually 3-5 business days) $6.85 with insurance
USPS Express Mail (next day guaranteed) -- $19.50
On island, most items will arrive the next day. All items are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

How do I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code, all you have to do is simply enter the code in the
"Discount coupon" box upon completion of
the payment form to receive the discount.
What is 14K Gold Fill?
Gold filled wire is not
plated. 14K gold filled wire is a professional jewelers grade wire. It will not tarnish, crack, chip, peel,
or turn your skin green. Under normal circumstances it will last an entire lifetime and is safe for most
