What is the return policy?

  All items may be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value as long as they are returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase or receipt.  Noelani Designs is not responsible for shells/stones/parts that might break from overuse/mistreatment/natural deterioration.  It is Noelani's  desire to satisfy every customer with jewelry they are truly happy with. If you are not happy with your design, please feel free to contact Noelani  online or by phone and she can customize a piece of jewelry for you of equal value.  Items are not returnable without an exchange.

 

What is the warranty?

Noelani can assure that you will receive a quality product as she has created each piece of jewelry individually.   Each product comes with a lifetime guarantee provided that no parts are damaged/broken.   If your piece of jewelry needs repair for any reason, Noelani will gladly do so at no additional cost to you, provided that you send all of the original beads and materials. What shipping methods do you use?

All items are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail with insurance. Most products will reach their destination within 3 days of shipping.   All items are shipped within 72 hours of purchase.   If you would like for your purchase to be shipped using any other method, please contact Noelani.
